Art Gallery of Coloring

Our Art gallery has an empathetic and therapeutic purpose. It was created to bring awareness to the power of coloring, self needs, spending quite time with God, and helping loved ones understand who God is.

Visiting the art gallery is like going on a field trip with the desire to be set free from the troubles of the world. The visit can be meditative, provide extra knowledge, entertainment, and moments of serenity. It explains how the gifted hand of man is used as a vessel that God’s master Hand of creativity works through. Some people say art galleries remind them of the scriptures Psalm 16:11, “You make known to me the path of life; you will fill me with joy in Your presence, with eternal pleasures at Your right hand” and 1 Corinthians 2:9, “Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him.” Art galleries often restore the precious sense of calmness and wholeness. The visit can reduce stress and anxiety as well as help you feel the pleasure of patience and self -control with the awesome spin of gentleness. In conclusion, visiting an art gallery can make you smarter, sharper, warmer, freer, more tolerant, and considerate and more at peace as well as creative.

The ministry’s art gallery online is here to restore your joy and to enhance your wisdom and knowledge according to God’s will.

Now, come let’s meditate on each piece of coloring presented this month, colored by Sister Myrtice Robinson - Colorist Artist

Hi,

I am Myrtice Robinson, and I would like to share the power of coloring. I cannot remember a time that I got bored with coloring. I started coloring for my mom when she was living with Dementia and Alzheimer. I wanted her to try to color with me, but she refused to do it or just did not understand how to do it so, I colored for her and talked to her about each coloring. I choose pictures that would share family love and when she would smile at me about them, I would cry grateful tears. I would end my visit with her with a sense of calmness. Coloring increased my feel of God’s presence and a pull into His peace. I love to visit art museums and to analyze meaningful paintings. I see God’s sharing and love in each piece.

The Grandmothers of Hope Society Ministry thank God for giving us the opportunity to host an online art gallery of colorings to display His glory!

Plan to bring your grandchildren to GMOH art gallery on their website and let the pictures help tell stories.
